Leighton Battles founded Battles Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1947. The Agency grew and soon Jim Ramsey and Mike Battles joined Leighton. In 1992, Roger Emmons came into the agency and his contributions to Battles Insurance produced more growth. With dedication to the customer and the community, Battles Insurance has grown into Norwalk Ohio's leading agency.

Today, the tradition continues. Perry Dryden and Chip Battles lead the agency. Agents Jeff Murdock, Joe Thomas, Andy Thomas and Chris Berry join them. Helping the agents are eight dedicated staff members.
